3 sets of 25 wall pushups. I am surprised that I felt it at bit at the end. I took them really slowly and paid attention to my back.
3 sets of 10 seated knee tucks. Definitely felt that. I think I need to practice keeping my back straight more. I'll look in the book to see if that is part of the exercise. It doesn't say in the text...
